I would say "not." These people are beyond sick and are grossly abusing something that they believe to be their Constitutional right. They don't seem to care that their rights trample the rights of others and don't understand that their rights do not supersede anybody else's.
I imagine there's a special place in Hades for individuals like these, who promote hatred. These are people who love evil, and nothing more.
